Originally debuted in 1997, the Reebok Answer 1 was NBA legend Allen Iverson s second signature shoe. Last released in 2018, the popular OG colorway will be returning in 2022.
The Answer 1 was also known for its iconic Crossover commercial, which Iverson wore the White/Red colorway and had every kid practicing his famous spin crossover.
It features a White tumbled leather upper highlighted with Red, Black, and Gold contrasting accents. Other notable details includes its split design over the laces breaking up the Reebok Vector, while introducing Iverson s I3 logo for the first time. The Answer 1 was also the first Iverson shoe to come equipped with Reebok s DMX 10 moving-air technology, which transfers air to adapt to each stride.
Reebok Answer 1 OG Release Date
Look for the Reebok Answer 1 OG to release on July 29th at select retailers and Reebok.com. The retail price tag is set at $170 USD.
